27. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY RH 

HINT: 

Use the same procedures described for the LH side. 

28. REMOVE ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 

a. for Short Type: 

Remove the roof console box (see REMOVAL ). 

b. for Long Type: 

Remove the roof console box (see REMOVAL ). 

29. REMOVE ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Short Type Roof Console Box) 

a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the lens. 

HINT: 

Tape the screwdriver tip before use. 

b. Detach the 4 clips.  

c. Disconnect the connector and then remove the room light.

30. REMOVE VISOR BRACKET COVER LH 

a. Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws and remove the visor bracket cover.

31. REMOVE VISOR BRACKET COVER RH 

HINT: 

Use the same procedures described for the LH side. 

32. REMOVE VISOR ASSEMBLY LH 

a. w/o Illumination: 

Remove the visor. 

1. Remove the 3 screws and visor.

Remove the visor. 

1. Remove the 4 screws.  

2. Disconnect the connector and then remove the visor.

33. REMOVE VISOR ASSEMBLY RH 

HINT:

34. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER (w/o Illumination) 

a. Remove the screw and visor holder. 

HINT: 

Use the same procedure to remove the visor holder on the other side.

35. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY 

a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 assist grip covers. 

HINT: 

Tape the screwdriver tip before use. 

b. Detach the 2 clips and remove the assist grip.

36. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG 

a. Insert a screwdriver into the service notch and break off the cap.  

b. Detach the clip and remove the assist grip plug.
