Heat Shield Cover

37.Heat Shield Cover

A: REMOVAL

1. FRONT HEAT SHIELD COVER

Remove the four bolts to remove front heat shield
cover. 

2. CENTER HEAT SHIELD COVER

Remove the nut and bolt to remove center heat
shield cover. 

3. REAR HEAT SHIELD COVER

1) Remove the muffler. <Ref. to EX(H4SO 2.0)-12,
REMOVAL, Muffler.> <Ref. to EX(H4DOTC)-12,
REMOVAL, Muffler.>
2) Remove the four bolts to remove rear heat shield
cover. 

B: INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

A: INSTALLATION

1. LETTER MARK

Adhere the letter mark with the following dimensions. 
• Sedan model

(a)

Apply the apply tape with aligning 
its cut out to the end of trunk lid 
garnish. 

(b)

Apply the apply tape with aligning 
it to R stop on the top end of trunk 
lid garnish. 

(C)

Align the slit of apply tape to panel 
end.

panel.

Apply the apply tape with aligning 
it to the outer bottom end of rear 
gate garnish.

Align the slit of apply tape to panel
