1. Clamp the differential in a vise. 

2. Special Tool(s): 

205-071-01

4. Remove the following items: 

1. Loosen: Four turn(s) 
2.  
3. Save three bolts for reassembly the ring 

gear. 

 

 

 

 

  

  

Assembly 

CAUTION: Use vise jaws protectors.

6. Clamp the differential in a vise. 

7. Carefully clean and check all parts and coat with 

manual transmission fluid before assembly. 

Material: 

Transmission Oil 75W FE (WSS-

M2C200-D2 / 7U7J-M2C200-BA)

 

8. Install the three bolts saved during disassembly. 

Torque: 

83 Nm

CAUTION: Make sure that new bolts are 

installed. 

Torque: 

83 Nm 

11. The roller bearing must not be lubricated.
