Removal 

General Equipment 

WARNING: This procedure involves fuel handling. Be prepared for fuel spillage at all times and always observe fuel handling precautions. 

WARNING: Make sure that the fuel pressure has dropped to zero and that the fuel temperature is at ambient temperature.

3. Remove the air cleaner.

4. Remove the battery.

10. Secure the charge air cooler outlet pipe to one side.

CAUTION: Gearshift cables must not be kinked or bent.

CAUTION: If the fluid is spilled on the paintwork, the affected area must be immediately washed down with 

cold water.

17. Remove both front wheels.
