CAUTION: Note the position of each 

component before removal. 

13. Remove and discard the cylinder head bolts. 

1. To install reverse the removal procedure. 

2. Install new cylinder head bolts. 

Torque:

CAUTION: Make sure that the camshafts 

and camshaft bearing caps are installed in 
their original locations. 

Apply hypoid gear oil to the camshaft bearing 
caps. 

Material: 

Hypoid Oil 85W-90 (SQ-M2C9002-AA / 

A72SX-19K261-CA)

 

4. Install the camshafts approximately at valve 

overlap position cylinder No. 4. 

Torque: 

 

7 Nm 
16 Nm

Procedures). 

4. Undo the right-hand bolts on the transmission 

five turns. 

5. Undo the left -hand bolts on the transmission five 

turns. 

6. Undo the right-hand bolts on the transmission

turns.

NOTE: Reuse the oil seal if it is not damaged.

NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at 
this stage. 

Apply sealant to the oil pan (bead diameter: 3 
mm).
