Make sure that no components catch 

when lowering the subframe. 

Make sure that new bolts are installed. 

Lower the front subframe to gain access to the 
front subframe rear bushings. 

Torque:

1. Remove the following items: 

1. Remove the stabilizer bar link, on both 

sides.

Rear Stabilizer Bar Link

Installation). 

2. Remove the spring, on both sides.  

Refer to: 

Spring

 (204-02 Rear Suspension, 

Removal and Installation).

3. Fabricate two spacers. 

4. General Equipment: 

Transmission jack

 

5. Install the spacer. Make sure that the spacer is 

in a vertical plane and raise the suspension to 

 

  

  

  

the design height setting on both sides.

NOTE: Note the position of each component 
before removal.

10. Support the rear subframe and remove the rear 

subframe bolts.
