WARNING: Take extra care when 

handling the compressed spring. 

Compress the spring.

NOTE: Only tighten the nut finger tight at 
this stage. 

To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.

WARNING: Take extra care when 

handling the compressed spring. 
NOTE: Make sure that the spring is correctly 
located in the lower spring seat. 

Special Tool(s):

6. Align the top mount with the shock absorber as 

shown. 

 

  

 

7. Align 

the 
lower 
bearing 
race 
with 
the 
upper 
bearing 
race as 
shown. 

8. Tighten the nut. 

Torque: 

58 Nm 

9. Remove the special tools.
