12 Install glass 

Hint: Insure the water separator stick on body panel. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 

(1) Install the glass, align the glass with reference mark of vehicle body, and press the glass 

slightly to the edge. 

（2）Smear the bonding agent on the glass edge with scraper.

（3）Clear superfluous bonding agent with scraper 
（4）Clamp glass to be tightened until bonding agent hardens. 

 
13. Check if there is any leakage, carry out the repair. 

(1) After hardening, you should carry out leakage test. 
(2) Seal leaking position with fluid sealant. 

 

 
 
14. Install windshield upper weather-strip . 
Install the upper weather-strip in the vehicle body, tighten it by hand. 
15. Install outside weather strip. 
Install bolts and outside weather strip. 
 
7.1.2 Replacement of rear window 
Removal procedures 
1 Remove the lower weather-strip 
Cut both ends of two-sided adhesive tape with knife, shown as the illustration: 
Hint: Wrap the tip of knife with adhesive tape before use. 
Prize the weather-strip open from 6 clamp hook place with knife, remove weather-strip. 
 
 
 
2 Remove rear window glass 
Pass the piano line through between the vehicle body and the glass; tie the two ends of piano line 
together with wood block or similar substitution. 
Hint: Don’t let the piano line damage the two blocks, remove the glass.

3 Remove rear window wedge strip. 
Installation procedures 
1 Install the weather-strip of rear window 
Put the weather-strip all around the glass, install by hand 
Hint: You must remove the rear window glass first while installing weather-strip. 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
2 Clean and trim the contact surface of vehicle bodyCut off any roughness of vehicle body 
with knife. 
Hint: Leave more bonding agent on vehicle body as possible as you can. 
Clean cutting surface of bonding agent with a piece of cloth soaked with detergent. 
Hint: Clean body surface even all bonding agent is cleared up. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
3Remove block 
Remove block with knife. 

 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
4、Clean the removed glass 
Clean the bonding agent on glass with Knife. 
Remove block with knife. 
Clean glass with detergent. 
Caution: Do not touch glass after cleaning.

5、Positioning glass 
Put glass on correct position. 
Make reference mark on the glass and vehicle Body. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
6、Clean glass surface 
Clean the dirty around glass 
Caution: Do not touch glass surface after cleaning. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 

7、Smear base paint on body surface with brush. 

Caution: Dry base paint M for at least 3 minutes. 

Don’t smear on bonding agent. 
Do not keep the unsealed base paint for future use.
