Installation of windshield 
1 Preparation work: 

 

(1)Do not touch glass surface after cleaning it. 
(2) Cut off any roughness of vehicle body. 
Hint: Leave more bonding agent on vehicle body as possible as you can. 
(3) Clean cut surface of bonding agent with a piece of cloth soaked with detergent. 
Hint: Clean body surface even all bonding agent are cleared off. 
 
2. Remove the block： 
Remove block with knife. 

 

3. Clean windshield glass after removing it 

（1）Clean the adhesive sticking on the glass with scraper. 
（2）  Clean the glass with detergent. 

Hint: Don’t touch the glass after Cleaning. 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4. If necessary, replace the clip.

（1）Remove the block with knife. 
（2）Remove the old one. 
（3）Replace with the new one. 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
5 Glass alignments 

（1）Put the glass in correct position. 
（2）Make the correct mark on the glass and vehicle body. 
（2）  Take off the glass. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

6. Clean the contact surface of glass 
get rid of black dirt all around the contact surface of glass with detergent.

7 Install the water insulation spacer 
Use two-sided adhesive tape to install the water insulation spacer, shown as the illustration. 
Caution: Don’t touch glass after cleaning

8. Smear base pain M on the contact surface of vehicle body with brush. 
Smear base pain M on the contact surface of vehicle body with brush. 
Caution: (1) Wait for more than 3 minutes to make the base paint dry. 

(2) Do not smear on the adhesive. 
(3) Do not keep the unsealed base paint for future use. 
 
 

 

 

 
9 Smear base paint G on contact surface of glass. 
 

(1) Smear base paint G on the edge or contact surface of glass with brush or sponge. 

（2）Wipe it off with clean cloth before the base paint is dry. 

 

Caution:

  (1) Wait for more than 3 minutes to make the base paint dry. 

 

(2) Do not smear on the bonding agent.

10. Mix bonding agent 
  

（1）Clean the plate glass and scraper thoroughly with solvent. 

           (2) Mix 500 g bond and 75 g hardener to the full with 
scraper on the plate glass or similar substitution. 
Caution:  

*  Make sure that weather-strip is installed properly during the period of bonding agent 

being suitable for use. 
  

    * You should complete to mix the bonding agent within 5 minutes. 

  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
11. Smear bonding agent 
  

（1）Cut off kettle mouth tip , put bonding agent into the kettle.
