Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

Assembling requirements: For the fixing bolts or nuts, their torques shall be M=7±1 N·m. it is required 

to  ensure  that  the  glass  can  be  able  to  up  and  down  smoothly  and  easily  after  the  completion  of 

assembly and adjustment, without shaking, flapping, shocking and etc. and the electrical requirement: 

the time of up/down shall be 3±l s. 

 

Door Exterior Handle and Lock Core 

Disassembly and Assembly 

l. Unfasten the connecting rod. 

 

 

2. Unscrew the two fixing bolts. 

 

 

 

3. Remove the exterior handle. 

 

 

Assemble  in  the  reverse  order  of 
disassembly.

Door Lock and Motor 

Disassembly and Assembly 

1.  Unfasten the connecting rod. 

 

 

2.  Unscrew  the  three  fixing  bolts  on  the  door 

lock. 

 

 

3.  Remove  the  door  lock,  and  disconnect  the 

harness connector. 

 

 

Assemble  in  the  reverse  order  of 
disassembly.

Glass Exterior Platen 

Disassembly and Assembly 

l.  Unscrew the bolts. 

 

 

2.  Remove  the  glass  trim  plate,  glass  conduit 

and quarter glass. 

 

3.  Apply the special tool for clip to push inwards 

the  clip,  and  take  out  the  pressing  plate 

upwards. 

 

 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

 

Disassemble the B Protecting Cover 

Remove the weather seal, unscrew the four fixing 

bolts and take out the protecting cover.

Quarter Glass 

Disassembly and Assembly 

l.  Remove the glass up/down. 

2.  Remove the glass run channel. 

 

 

3.  Unscrew the two fixing bolts of glass rail. 

 

 

4.  Pull forwards the quarter glass to remove the 

quarter glass and weather seal 

 

 

Assemble  in  the  reverse  order  of 

disassembly.
