Disassembly and Assembly of Rear Door 

 

1.  Remove the front door frame trim. 

 

2.  Remove the rear door frame trim. 

 

3.  Remove the B column trim panel. 

 

4.  Unfasten the connecting plug of door harness.

5.  Unscrew the fixing bolts of door limiter. 

 

6.  Support the door, and unscrew the four fixing 

bolts of hinge. 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

The  tightening  torque  of  fixing  bolt  on  the  door 

shall be 56 N·m. 

 

Replacement of Door Hinge

 

 

1.  Unfasten the bolts of door limiter. 

 

2.  Support  the  door,  unscrew  the  fixing  bolt  of 

hinge and remove the upper and lower hinge.

Adjustment of Rear Door 

Adjust the front door in forward, backward and vertical directions. 

l. 

Apply a screwdriver to detach the front door frame trim panel. 

2. 

Apply a screwdriver to detach the rear door frame trim panel. 

3. 

Apply a screwdriver to detach the middle standing post trim panel. 

4. 

Unscrew the front seat belt contractor bolts. 

5. 

Apply a wrench to unscrew the body-side bolts so as to adjust the door. 

Adjust the door in leftward, rightward and vertical directions. 

Unscrew the body-side hinge bolts to adjust the door. 

Disassemble the Rear Door

Disassembly and Assembly 

l.  Unscrew the fixing bolts of window regulator 

switch. 

 

 

2.  Pry out the switch. 

 

3.  Pry out the cover on the inner handle cable.

4.  Unscrew the two fixing bolts. 

 

5.  Pry out the cover on the door inner armrest. 

 

6.  Unscrew the two fixing bolts. 

 

7.  Unscrew  the  two  fixing  bolts  under  the  door 

inner guard plate.
