Pull out the glass run channel gently. 

 

 

 

 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

 

Front Door Glass Rail 

Disassembly and Assembly 

1. 

Remove the glass and glass run channel. 

2. 

Unscrew the two fixing bolts on the rail, and 

remove the rail. 

 

 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

 

Exterior Handle and Lock Core 

Disassembly and Assembly 

1. 

Remove the door inner guard plate. 

2. 

Unfasten the connecting rod.

3. 

Unscrew  the  two  fixing  bolts,  and  remove 

the exterior handle. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. 

Pry the circlip and remove the lock core. 

 

 

 

 

 

Assemble  in  the  reverse  order  of 
disassembly.

Door Lock and Motor 

Disassembly and Assembly 

 

l. 

Loosen the window regulator guide plate. 

 

 

2. 

Unfasten  the  two  connecting  rods  on  the 

exterior Handle. 

 

3. 

Unscrew the three fixing bolts on the door lock, and remove the door lock. 

4. 

Unfasten the insertion piece with the harness. 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

Assembling  requirements:  The  sealant  shall  be  applied  in  the  middle  part  of  fixing  bolt  of  side  door 

lock, and the tightening torque  of bolt shall be 9±l N·m. The tightening  torque of screw  of the  inner 

handle assy. shall be 1.5±0.15 N·m. the tightening torque of screw of the exterior handle assy. shall be 

9±l N·m. and  the side  door  handle shall  fit tightly with the side  door, with reliable sealing.  The lock 

catch  shall  be  placed  in  the  central  position  of  lock  mechanism  so  that  the  lock  can  be  locked  or 

unlocked flexibly and smoothly, and the tightening torque of lock catch shall be 23±2 N·m. 

 

Disassemble  the  Door  Exterior  Weather 
Strip 

l. 

Unscrew the bolts.

2.  Remove  the  door  glass  (See  Disassembly  of 

Glass). 

3.  Apply the special tool for clip to push the clip 

inwards,  and  take  out  the  clip  upwards. 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.   

B column Protecting Cover 

Disassembly and Assembly 

1.  Strip  the  door  weather  seal,  and  unscrew  the 

four fixing bolts. 

 

2. 

Remove the trim panel. 

 

 

Assemble  in  the  reverse  order  of 
disassembly. 

 

Disassemble the Front 

Door Combination Switch 

1.  Pry  out  the  tail  box  switch,  and  unscrew  the 

bolts. 

 

 

 

2.  Apply  a  screwdriver  to  pry  out  the  switch 

from the rear. 

Assemble  in  the  reverse  order  of 
disassembly.
