5.  Unscrew  the  two  cross  screws,  and  remove 

the high mount brake lamp 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

 

Disassemble the Left-side Storage Box 

l.  Apply  the  special  tool  for  clip  to  remove  the 

fixed  clips,  and  take  out  the  luggage  boot 

wheelhouse right trim assy. 

 

 

Disassemble CD Cartridge 

Loosen  the  three  nuts  on  the  CD  cartridge  and 

take out CD player, and detach the harness.

Chapter Four Front Door 

Front Door 

Disassembly and Assembly 

l. 

Disassemble  the  front  door  frame  plate. 

(Fig.0108) 

 

 

2.  Detach  the  front  corner  of  floor  carpet,  and 

disconnect the harness of vehicle door. 

3.  Remove  the  door  stopper  from  the  body  of 

vehicle. 

4.  Support  the  door  while  releasing  the  four 

bolts  of  hinge  on  the  side  of  vehicle  body, 

remove the door 

 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

Adjustment of Front Door 

Adjust the front door in the forward, backward and vertical directions. 

Apply the special tool to unscrew the body hinge bolts, and adjust the door. 

Adjust the door in the leftward, rightward and vertical directions. 

Unscrew the door-side hinge bolts to adjust the door. 

 

Replacement of Door Hinge 

l. 

Disassembly/Assembly of mud guard and fender lining. 

①  Remove the tire. 

②  Remove the mud guard. 

③  Remove the fender lining     

2.  Support  the  door,  unscrew  the  four  fixing  bolts  on  the  upper  and  lower  hinges,  and  remove  the 

hinges

Disassembly of Front Door 

Trim Plate 

Disassembly and Assembly 

l.  Apply  a  screwdriver  to  pry  out  the  two  clips, 

and remove the trim. 

2.  Apply  a  screwdriver  to  pry  outwards  the  tail 

gate opening switch, and remove the bolts. 

 

3.  Apply  a  screwdriver  to  pry  outwards  the  bolt 

trims on the inside handle. 

 

4.  Unscrew  the  two  fixing  bolts  on  the  inside 

handle

5. 

Screw out the door lock button. 

 

6. 

Remove the five fixing bolts on trim plate. 

 

 

7.  Insert  the  screw  into  the  gap  between  the 

panel and trim, and remove the clip. 

 

 

8. 

Draw out the whole trim piece towards the interior of vehicle. 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

Assembling  requirements:  measures  should  be  taken  to  prevent  the  working  area  rinsed  from  being 

dirtied  during  disassembly  and  assembly.  It  is  very  important  to  keep  clean  when  conducting  these 

operations.  The  fit  clearance  between  the  door  panel  and  door  inner  panel  shall  be  uniform,  and  the 

torque of fixing screw shall be 3±0.5Nm. The rinsing width of front/rear windshield shall be ensured 

between 15 to 17 mm. the width of primer ensured between 13 to 15 mm. the width of adhesive shall 

be  7  to  9  mm  and  its  height  9  to  15  mm,  without  any  adhesive  leakage,  overflow  and  etc  after 

assembly. The clearance between the upper and lower of glass and that between the left side and right 

side shall be identical and uniform to ensure that they match well with the adhesive strips around them 

and the glass shall be sealed well, after rain test there shall no be any leakage and other defects.
