Door Weather Seal 

Disassembly and Assembly 

Pull  the  weather  seal  by  hand,  and,  at  the  same  time, 

apply the clip disassembling tool to remove all clips. 

Remarks:  Do  not  apply  too  much  force  to  pull  the 

weather seal suddenly so as to avoid damaging the seal. 

 

Assembling  requirements:  All  corners  shall  be  assembled  in  their  proper  positions  during  assembly 

without  wrinkle.  The  joint  of  weather  seal  shall  be  placed  in  the  middle  position  under  the  door 

opening.  The  stiffness  of  weather  seal  shall  be  moderate,  and  shall  not  influence  the  opening  and 

closing of door when the door lock and hinge are adjusted to the working condition. The hardness of 

weather  seal  shall  be  appropriate,  and  not  change  considerably  with  the  change  of  temperature.  The 

surface of adhesive strip shall have no defects such as stamping mark, deformation, warpage and etc, 

after assembly. The  one  end  of  platen  of front  doorsill  platen assy. shall  match  well with the  contact 

part  of  lower  shield  of  A  column  or  B  column,  the  platen  shall  be  assembled  in  its  proper  position, 

without  looseness  and  other  phenomena,  and  the  carpet  has  no  exposure  and  other  defects  after 

assembly. 

Exterior Rear-View Mirror 

Disassembly and Assembly 

l. 

Remove the trim. 

2. 

Detach  the  door  panel  and  loosen  the  connector 

plug of harness. 

3. 

Remove the three screws. 

 

 

4. 

Disconnect  the  connector,  and  take  out  the 

rear-view mirror.

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

Assembling  requirements:  During  assembly,  it  is  necessary  to  ensure  that  the  clearance  between  the 

gasket of rear-view mirror and the door outer plate is uniform. The tightening torque of screw shall be 

5±0.5 N·m.  After assembly, the rear-view  mirror could be adjusted  freely,  flexibly and securely. The 

insertion piece of rear-view mirror shall be fixed inside the door panel. 

Disassemble the Speaker Assy. 

Unscrew  the  four  fixing  bolts  and  take  out  the 

speaker, and detach the harness plug. 

 

 

Door Limiter 

Disassembly and Assembly 

1. 

Unscrew  the  two  fixing  bolts,  and  take  out  the 

limiter. 

 

 

2. 

Remove the limiter. 

 

 

 

 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

 

Assembling  requirements:  The  tightening  torque  of  bolt  shall  be  7.2±0.7  N·m.  the  torque  of  bolt 

mounted on the door post shall be 25±3 N·m, and the torque of bolt mounted on the door shall be 9±1 

N·m.  The  door  stopper  shall  operate  flexibly  and  reliably  without  clamped,  seized  and  etc.  The 

lubricating grease shall be applied between the tower rod and slide block of the limiter.

Window Regulator Assy.

 

Disassembly and Assembly 

l. 

Remove the glass, press down the switch to move the slide block to the position where the glass 

can be removed, and unscrew the self-tapping screws. (See photo of rear door) 

2. 

Unscrew  the  two  fixing  bolts  on  the  trim 

support   

 

 

3. 

Unscrew  the  seven  fixing  nuts  on  the  door 

inner panel.

4. 

Remove the window regulator assy. 

 

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. 

Assembling requirements: For the fixing bolts or nuts, their torques shall be M=7±1 N·m. it is required 

to ensure that the glass be able to up and down smoothly and easily after the completion of assembly 

and  adjustment,  without  shaking,  flapping,  shocking  and  etc.  electrical  requirement:  the  time  of 

up/down shall be no more than 5 s. 

Glass and Glass run channel   

Disassembly and Assembly 

1. 

Press down the regulator switch to move the slide block to the position of fixing screw in where 

the glass can be removed. 

2. 

Loosen the two screw supports on the glass. 

 

3. 

Lift the glass upwards to remove it.
