If you have a problem, check the following before contacting your

Toyota dealer.

The doors cannot be locked, unlocked, opened or closed

You have lost your keys

If you have lost keys or emergency keys

If you cannot release the shift lever while depressing the brake pedal

with the engine switch “ON”, refer to

The steering wheel cannot be turned after the engine is 

stopped

Vehicles without key-free system
To prevent theft, it will be locked when the key is removed from the

engine switch. (

Vehicles with key-free system
It is automatically locked to prevent theft of the vehicle. (

The windows do not open or close by operating the power 

window switches

Isn’t the window lock switch pressed?
If the window lock switch is pressed, the power windows except for the

The engine switch is turned off automatically
