(a) Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch ON and the tester ON.
(c) Select the item below from the Data List, and read the 

value displayed on the intelligent tester.

METER

OK:

Vehicle speed displayed on the tester is 
approximately the same as the actual vehicle 
speed.

NG

OK

(a) Disconnect the E13 combination meter assembly 

connector.

(b) Disconnect the A4 skid control ECU connector.
