b. Detach the 4 clips.  

c. Remove the finish panel and then disconnect the connectors.  

25. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY 

a. Detach the 2 claws and remove the door box.

b. Remove the 4 screws.

c. Detach the 4 clips and remove the cup holder.  

26. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning 

System) 

a. Detach the 4 clips.

b. Remove the panel and then disconnect the connectors.  

27. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air 

Conditioning System) 

a. Detach the 4 clips.  

b. Remove the panel and then disconnect the connectors.  

28. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (See REMOVAL )

29. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System)  

30. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

a. Using a molding remover, detach the 6 claws and remove the side panel.

31. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for Regular Cab) (See REMOVAL )  

32. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for Double Cab, CrewMax) (See REMOVAL )  

33. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH (See REMOVAL )  

34. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH (for Regular Cab)  

35. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH (for Double Cab, CrewMax)  

36. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH (See REMOVAL )  

37. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

a. Remove the bolt.  

b. Remove the 3 screws.  

c. Detach the 3 claws and remove the finish panel.

38. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 

a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws to remove the 2 instrument panel hole covers. 

HINT: 

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

b. Remove the 6 screws and box door.
