DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

NOTE:



Some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected 
(see INITIALIZATION ).

REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (see REPLACEMENT )

REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT (See DRIVE BELT )

REMOVE OIL FILTER ELEMENT (see REPLACEMENT )

REMOVE OIL PRESSURE SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (see REMOVAL )  

8

DISCONNECT COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY (see REMOVAL )

REMOVE NO. 2 WATER BYPASS PIPE

Remove the 3 bolts

Remove the 4 hoses and water bypass pipe

REMOVE NO. 1 OIL COOLER BRACKET

Remove the 2 nuts and bracket  



After the ignition switch is turned OFF, the navigation system 
requires approximately 90 seconds to record various types of 
memory and settings. As a result, after turning the ignition switch 
OFF, wait 90 seconds or more before disconnecting the cable from 
the negative (-) battery terminal.
