Fit upper half-bearings

 (1) in their original locations.

Ensure the marking.

Fit bolts

 (2).

Tighten to a torque of

 25 Nm.

Inspect the end play.

Use tool 8511 + 9661.

Check the backlash .

If necessary.

Adjust the camshaft bearing backlash.

Remove bolt

Remove shim

 (2).

Fit the rocker shaft.
