Tighten to torque.

Fit a new lip seal

Fit cover

Tighten to torque.

Fit grease nipples

 (1).

Grease the kingpin through grease nipples

 (1) on the top and bottom cover caps.

Use

SUPEROL HP2

grease.

Move the stub axle around between the two steering lock stops.

Check that the grease passes through all the seals.

Place track rod ball-joint in position.

Retain the ball-joint against rotation using a hexagon

 6 wrench (A) and bring nut (B) into contact.

Tighten the nut to torque.

Disc brakes

Fit axle steering arm

 (15).

Tighten to torque.

Fit the wheel speed sensor bracket .

Tighten to torque.

Drum brakes

Position the drag link ball-joint.

Retain the ball-joint against rotation using a hexagon

 6 wrench (A) and bring nut (B) into contact.

Tighten the nut to torque.

Fit brake support

 (A).

Use tool 9804.

Line up the marks made upon removal.

Fit bolts

 (A).

Use tool 6054.

Tighten to torque.
