Remove the windshield defroster outer finishers.

CAUTION: Protect the surrounding trim to

avoid damage.

W ith assistance, carefully release the instrument panel
upper section.

W ith assistance, remove the instrument panel upper section.

29. NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component
is removed for access only.

Remove the glove compartment lid hinges.

Remove the glove compartment support panels.

Remove the windshield defroster trim panel.

Remove the in-vehicle temperature sensor.
