Installation  

All vehicles

 CAUTION: Protect the front door window glass and the door window frame. Failure to follow this 

instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.  

 
NOTE:  

  

Install the front door window glass from outside of the front door window glass frame. 

 
Install the front door window glass.  

  

1) Install the front door window glass. 

  

2) Reposition the front door window glass. 

 

 

 

 

2 . Using suitable tie straps support the front door window glass. 

 

 

Vehicles with power windows  

 

3 . Install the front door window regulator and motor.

Vehicles with fixed windows  

 

4 . Install the front door window glass support.  

  

 

Install the retaining nut. 

 

 

 

5 . Attach the front door window glass support.  

  

 

Install the retaining bolts.

 

 

 

6 . Remove the suitable tie straps from the front door fixed window glass. 

 

 

 

7 . Install the front door inner weathershield.

8 . Install the front door armoured panel.  

  

 

A: Install the retaining nuts. 

  

 

B: Install the 50mm (1.97 inch) long retaining bolts.

  

 

C: Install the 20mm (0.79 inch) long retaining bolts.

  

 

D: Install the 25mm (0.98 inch) long retaining bolts.

 

 

 

 

9 . Install the front door handle release cable access panel. 

  

 

Install the retaining screw. 

 

 

 

 

10 . Install the exterior mirror access panel.  

  

 

Install the retaining screws.

 

 

 
 

 

 

11 . Install the front door access panel.  

  

 

Install the retaining nuts.

 

 

 

12 . Install the front door speaker.  

 

 

13 . Install the front door speaker electrical connector.

Install the front door window glass seal.  

 

 

 

15 . Install the front door trim panel.
