NOTE

Put on glove to protect your hands.

1.

Remove both decoration cover (A).

Remove the glass (A) by lifting it up.

NOTE

-

Do not damaged the roof panel.

BODY (INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR)

MOTOR REPLACEMENT

1.

Remove the over head console. (See page BD- 76)

NOTE

-

Confirm the position of guide whether it is closed
or not when you remove the motor.

2.

Disconnect the motor connector (A), remove the
screws and then remove the motor (B).

Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE

-

Make sure to initialize the motor.

DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT

1.

Open the glass fully.

2.

Disconnect the deflector link (A) from the frame (B),
and then remove the deflector (C).

EXTERIOR

SUNROOF ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

1.

Remove the follows parts.
-

Front and rear door scuff trim. (See page BD- 81)

-

Front pillar trim. (See page BD- 81)

-

Center and rear pillar trim. (See page BD- 82)

-

Headliner. (See page BD- 79)

-

Sunroof glass. (See page BD- 47)

2.

Disconnect the drain tubes (A).

3.

Remove the bracket (C).

4.

After loosening the mounting bolts and nuts, remove
the sunroof assembly (B).

NOTE

-

Take care not to scratch the interior trims and
other parts.

5.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

GUIDE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

1.

Remove the sunroof assembly. (See page BD- 49)

2.

Remove a guide assembly (A) after lowering a guide
thoroughly by pushing a slide (B) to rear.

Remove the guide (A) and slide (B).

4.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE

Make sure to align the slide with the center of
“ A” and “ B”
