Installation 

1. Coat the clutch master cylinder gaiter with 

grease before installing. 

Material: 

Grease O-LI (WSD-M1C230-A / 95SX-

M1C230-CA)

 

2. To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

3. Refer to: Kupplungssystem entlüften (308-00, 

General Procedures).

2. Remove the transmission.

Wrap the input shaft splines with adhesive 
tape to protect the input shaft oil seal from 
damage. 

General Equipment: 

Adhesive tape

 

Discard the clutch slave cylinder bolts. 
The clutch slave cylinder is to be reused 
unless damaged 

1. Wrap the input shaft splines with adhesive tape 

to protect the input shaft oil seal from damage. 

2. The clutch slave cylinder is to be reused unless 

damaged 

Material: 

Flange Sealant - Anaerobic LR (WSK-

M2G348-A5 / 2U7J-M2G348-AA)

CAUTION: Make sure that new bolts are 

installed. 

Torque: 

11 Nm 

  

  

4. Remove the adhesive tape from the input shaft 

splines. 

5. Install the transmission.
