1. Refer to: 

Timing Chain

2. Remove the Special Tool(s): 

303-1504

CAUTION: Note the position of the components 

before removal. 

Torque: 

10 Nm 

4. Loosen each bolt 2 turns at a time until all bolts are 

removed. 

Torque: 

 

7 Nm 
16 Nm

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

2.

NOTE: The component must be installed within 10 
minutes of applying the sealant.

removal.

Install the 
camshafts 
approximately at 
valve overlap 
position cylinder 
No. 4. 

4. Tighten each 

bolt 2 turns at a 
time. 

Material:
