9.1.1 Removal of louver assembly 
1、Loosen 24 set screws of louver and vehicle body. 
2、Prize open    the plastic protective cover.   
3、Take out the louver assembly. 

 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

9.1.2 Check alignment of louver 

Check to see if there is any leakage when louver is closed. 
Check to see if there is any height differential between sealed strip of louver and the roof panel. 
Front end：0±1.0mm（0±0.039in） 
Rear end：0±1.0mm（0±0.039in） 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
9.1.3 Adjustment of louver 
1、Remove Louver decorative piece Remove Louver decorative piece of right and left before 
adjustment. 
Hint: Install louver decorative piece once again after adjustment. 
2、Adjust height differential Adjust the height difference, tighten or loosen bolt with screwdriver. 
The height difference: 0±2.0mm

3、Front/rear adjustment 

Loosen installation bolt of louver, move louver forward and backward to carry out  

adjustment.Shown as the illustration, you should make the connecting rod slide frontward and 
backwards with screwdriver, you should align with the 2 marks, you should make the bracket slide

4、Left/right adjustment 

Loosen rear support spacer installation bolt of the louver, move the louver to left and right 

direction to carry out the adjustment. 
5、. Adjust clearance (clearance difference between left and right) 
Loosen installation screws of louver, adjust the louver to the right position once again.
