Toque  steering  responding  to  engine  speed  has  been  widely  used  in  all  types  of  vehicles.  Its  major 

characters are as follows: 

Adopting 4-spoke steering wheel, the steering device includes shock absorber and slanting steering device 

as well as the structure of vane pump steering transmission gears with flow control system of steering oil
