Chapter Seven Wiper

I. Disassembly of Wiper Motor and Connecting Rod Assy

1. Remove the fixing bolts on the wiper arm

blade assy.

2. Remove the sealing members from the

overhead guard cover to the cowl.

3. Unclip the clips on the trim panel under the

front windshield, and remove the trim panel.

4. Unscrew the fixing bolts on the wiper assy.,

and remove the assy.

5. Remove the fixing bolts of wiper motor and

crank.

6. Unscrew the three fixing bolts on the wiper

motor, and remove the wiper motor.

Assemble in the reverse order of
disassembly.

II. Disassembly of Wiper’s Water
Sprayer and Motor

l. Remove the fender lining

(See Disassembly/Assembly of Lining).

2. Detach the connector hose.

3. Remove the three nuts and container.

4. Detach the water sprayer from the motor.

Assemble in the reverse order of
disassembly.

Chapter Eight Seat Belt

I. Disassembly/Assembly of Seat Belts of
Whole Vehicle

(I) Disassembly/Assembly of Left/Right
Front Seat Belt

1. Remove the front doorsill platen.

2. Remove the rear doorsill platen.

3. Remove the B column lower guard plate.

4. Open the protecting cover from the lower and

remove the cover, and unscrew the bolts.
