Air Conditioner-63 

 

Step 6 Loosen the fixing bolts for the glove box support and blower. 

Step  7  Remove  the  peach  plate  from  the  outside  of  audio  panel.  (See  Disassembly  of  Instrument 

Console) 

Step 8 Loosen the four fixing bolts on the audio system: (See Disassembly of Instrument Console) 

Step 9 Unscrew the four fixing bolts on the support of glove box. (See Disassembly of Instrument 

Console) 

Step  10  Loosen  the  harness  plugs  of  heater  radiator  temperature  sensor,  and  screw  out  the  water 

temperature sensor. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install the heater radiator temperature sensor 

Install the heater radiator temperature sensor in the reverse order of removal.

Replace the A/C cleaner 

Remove the A/C cleaner 

Tools required: 

Cross screwdriver and straight screwdriver 

1.  Gently pull out the sealing strip upwards.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Loosen the plastic bolts on the trim panel.

3.  Remove the trim panel outwards. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Take out the A/C cleaner core upwards. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install the A/C cleaner 

Install the A/C cleaner in the reverse order of removal.
