Notice:

Halogen bulb must be in fix position in

the bulb holder.

Front Turn Signal Bulb

1. 

Turn  the  bulb  holder

counter-clockwise and remove it.

Press down the defective bulb

slightly, turn it counter-clockwise

and remove it for replacement.

2. 

Install the new bulb in the reverse

sequence.

Position Lamp

Follow the instruction of front turn signal

to replace position lamp bulb.

Side turn signal (on the
outside rearview mirror )

Please have it replaced by Chery Service

Service Center

Front Fog Lamp

When changing the front fog lamp bulb,

the vehicle should be lifted. For this

reason, have it changed at Chery Special

Service Center.

Tail Lamp

1. 

Open the rear trunk, from inside the

trunk, remove the tail lamp assembly

lock and take the assembly out.

2. 

Remove the bulb holder as opposed

to the tightening direction indicated

on it.

3. 

Press down the bulb slightly and turn

counter-clockwise to remove the

bulb for replacement.

4. 

Install the new bulb in the reverse

sequence.

5.  Check whether the tail lamp

assembly work normally after

installation.

High Brake Lamp

1. 

Open the rear trunk, remove the two

cross-screws and remove the cover.

Disconnect the wire and remove the

defective bulb for replacement.

2. 

Install the new bulb in the reverse

sequence.

license plate lamps

Location: Below the license plate cover

1. 

Remove the self-driven screw which

fasten the license plate and take it

off.

2. 

Pull out the bulb holder and remove

the defective bulb.

3.  Place the new bulb in the bulb

holder and install the bulb holder.

4. 

Fasten it with self-driven screws.

Interior Roof Lamp

1. 

Turn off interior lamp.

2.  Insert a screw driver in between

lamp cover and the bulb holder, pry

the holder out carefully.

3. 

Replace the bulb, install the mirror.

4. 

Put the bulb holder back to within

the cover.

Vanity Lamp on Sun Visor

Behind the sun visor.

Pry out the mirror glass and replace the

bulb.

Trunk Lamp

Location: In the cover of left-rear speaker.

1. 

From behind the lamp, press A part

of it and remove it.

2.  Replace the bulb.

3.  Fasten it back to the holes in the

speaker cover.

Adjust Head Lamp

Whether head lamp is adjusted correctly is

directly related to your safety. For this

reason, only specialized equipment should

be used to do the work. Comply to legal

requirement for the adjustment.

The position of the head lamp must be

suitable for the load of the vehicle.

Screw A : Vertical adjustment

Screw B : Horizontal adjustment

The figure shows the adjustment of the

right head lamp. Remove the cover when

doing the adjustment.

Adjustment of the left head lamp is

symmetrically same as the right one.

Fuse and Electrical
Distributor

Shut off engine and all

electrical equipment before

replace fuse and electrical

distributor.

Replace the fuse with one with the same

ampere rating. The fuse and electrical

distributor box is located as indicated in

the figure.

Replacement of electrical distributor

requires specialized knowledge.

A few of spare fuse is recommended to be

kept in the vehicle just in case.

Chery Special Service Center provides all

types of fuses.

Melted fuse can be easily discerned. Fuses

provided by Chery are all “push-and-fix”

style.

Melting Tube

Any unauthorized

modifications in the electrical or fuel

system can influence performance of

your vehicle and might lead to fire

or other danger. For this reason

replacement of electrical and fuel

system components should be done

by Chery technicians only.
