Instrument Panel

Because the cooling system is in high

temperature when engine is hot,

please wait until the engine cools

before removing the cap from the

radiator tank.  Do not touch the

cooling fans!

Luggage Door Open Warning Lamp

This lamp is located at the display screen

above the center vent of the instrument

panel. This lamp comes on if the luggage

door is open after ignition key is turned

on.

Window Washer Indicator Lamp

This lamp is located at the display panel

above the center vent of the instrument

panel. It lights up when windshield wiper

is working.

Anti-slip Indicator Lamp

This lamp is located at the display screen

above the center vent of the instrument

panel.

It comes on when anti-slip system is

working.

TCS Indicator Lamp

This lamp is located at the display screen
above the center vent of the instrument
panel.
It comes on when traction control system
is working.

Engine coolant temperature
gauge

Indicate the coolant temperature

Below the L-low Temperature
Zone

When switch on the ignition, the engine

will work within this zone for short period

of time. The engine should avoid

operating in high speed in this temperature

zone. Meanwhile, you should not overload

the engine.

Please have the engine checked by Cherry

Special Sevice Center, if the needle stays

in this zone for long period of time.

Between L and H-Normal
Temperature Zone

The needle should stay within this zone

under usual operating status.

The needle may be rise to far away from

the edge of this zone when the engine is

overloaded in high outside temperature.

The car can still drive as long as the

coolant warning lamp does not flash. The

engine should be stopped and checked if

the coolant warning lamp does flash.

Over H- Overheat Zone
It indicates that engine is overheated when
the neddle stays in this red zone. Please
stop the vehicle immediately and have the
engine checked after it cools down.

Please do not open the

water tank cap when engine is still

hot.  Restart the engine only after

resolving the problems.

Explanation:

Cooling airflow may be disturbed when

secondary headlamp is installed in front of

the airflow vent located under the front

bumper, which may affect the cooling of

engine.

The engine may be overheated when it is

operating in high outside temperature

Front air deflector is used for directing the

cooling airflow. It may also casue the

engine overheating when the deflector is

cracked to damage or broken. Please have

the front bumper repaired by Cherry

Special Service Center.

Fuel Gauge

Capability of fuel tank: 60 Liters

The tank remains about 10 liters gas when

the neddle stays in the empty position (E,

the position which neddle is staying on).

The needle may move away from the full

position (F) after the vehicle driving a

certain distance even though the tank has

been filled up.

The actual capability of refilling gas may

slightly lower than the capability shown

on the fuel gauge because some gas

remain in the tank.

Speedometer

It indicates the current driving speed of

vehicle.
