Anti-corrosion protection coating process

The anti-corrosion protection coating process has a determinative role in the functional

quality of the anti-corrosion protection layer. The anti-corrosion protection coating process

includes:

1.  Overall cleaning and applying of phosphate;

2.  Overall applying of

 alkyl paint

;

3.  Apply PVC adhesive on the connecting places of vehicle body to avoid leakage. Apply

PVC adhesive on the floor of vehicle (such as panel under gearbox and vehicle frame,

the place of door scuff panel) to prevent them being damaged by sand and stones;

     4. The priming paint coating applied using the electrostatic system is the second protection

layer;

     5. Coat one or two layers of enamel paint (as a layer of coating for priming paint or varnish)

using the static system to achieve optimum result.

6.  Coat a protection wax layer on the opening of the assembly through the timed-injection

system.

inspecting and re-assembling of these parts.
