NO Repair open in the wire between the EVAP canister vent shut VACUUM PUMP/GAUGE, 0-30 in.Hg EVAP canister vent shut valve is NO Repair open in the wire between the EVAP canister vent shut Replace the EVAP canister vent EVAP canister vent shut valve Check the EVAP canister vent 1. Disconnect the vacuum hose and connect a vacuum pump 2. Connect the PCM connector terminal F5 to the body ground 3. Turn the ignition switch ON (II). Is there continuity? Check for an open in the wire 1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II). 2. Measure voltage between the EVAP canister vent shut valve Check for an open in the wire (VSV line): vent shut valve 2P connector. 3.
