If the fuel injectors do not rotate smoothly, replace the O-ring of the injector that does not rotate 
smoothly

Position the fuel injector connectors facing outward

Tighten the 6 bolts, which are used to hold the fuel delivery pipe, to the intake manifold  

Torque: 15 N*m (153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)

Connect the 6 fuel injector connectors

CONNECT NO. 2 FUEL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Push the tube connector into the pipe until the tube connector makes a "click" sound

Install the fuel pipe clamp

CONNECT NO. 1 FUEL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Push the tube connector into the pipe until the tube connector makes a "click" sound  

NOTE:



Check if there is any damage or foreign objects on the 
connected part of the fuel pipe.  



After connecting, check that the pipe and connector are 
securely connected by pulling them.

Install the fuel pipe clamp

INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK (See INSTALLATION )

INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH ELEMENT (See INSTALLATION )

INSTALL AIR CLEANER HOSE (See INSTALLATION )  

8

CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See REPLACEMENT )

CHECK FOR FUEL LEAK

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3

Turn the ignition switch ON and Techstream main switch ON  

NOTE:



Check if there is any damage or foreign objects on the 
connected part of the fuel pipe.  



After connecting, check that the pipe and connector are 
securely connected by pulling them.  

NOTE:

Some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (see 
INITIALIZATION ).

NOTE:

Do not start the engine.

Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Active Test / Control the Fuel Pump / 
Speed

Check that there are no fuel leaks after doing maintenance anywhere on the fuel system

INSTALL V-BANK COVER (See INSTALLATION )

INSTALL FRONT COWL TOP OUTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )

INSTALL FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

Install the front wiper motor and link (see INSTALLATION )
