GRILLE

REMOVAL

1. Open hood.

2. Remove the 12 screws and nuts and remove the grille from bracket.

3. Remove the screws and the grille bracket from hood.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the grille bracket and loose install the

screws.

2. Tighten the screws to 3.2 N·m (29 ins. lbs.) using

the sequence shown.

3. Install the grille to bracket and loose install the

screws.

4. Tighten the screws to 3.2 N·m (29 ins. lbs.) using

the sequence shown.

ISOLATORS-BODY

REMOVAL

1. Remove all cab to frame mounting bolts (4) and rebound cushions (3).

2. Remove the front end sheet metal mounting bolt (1).

3. Using a floor jack and block of wood under the cab sill, lift the body to gain access to the isolators.

4. Remove the cab isolators and the front end sheet metal mounting isolator (1).

5. Install new isolators and repeat steps one through 4, for the opposite side.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the isolators (3) rebound cushions (2), and bolts (4).

2. Install the front end sheet metal mounting isolators (1 & 6) and install the bolt (5).

3. Tighten the bolts to 81 N·m (60 ft. lbs.).

LINER-FRONT FENDER

REMOVAL

1. If required, remove wheel.

2. Remove pushpins.

3. Drill out rivets.

4. Remove liner.

INSTALLATION

1. Install liner.

2. Install pushpins and rivets.

3. Install wheel if removed.

MIRROR-OUTSIDE REARVIEW

REMOVAL

1. Partially remove the door trim panel to gain access

to the mirror fasteners (Refer to 23 - BODY/DOOR
- FRONT/TRIM PANEL - REMOVAL).

2. Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.

3. Remove the nuts and remove the mirror.
