6.2    Assembly steps 

The installing steps are reverse to those for removal. 

Carry  out  checks  for  system  evacuating,  keep  pressure, 

antifreeze leaking. 

Check if the radiator is blocked. Clear the blocked radiator. 

 

7    Disassembly/assembly of mode ventilator 

motor and related mechanism 

7.1    Disassembly/assembly steps 

7.1.1    Take off motor plug 

7.1.2    Disassemble mode ventilator connecting rod   

 

 

 

7.1.3    Loose  3  fixing  screws  of  mode  ventilator  motor, 

and disassemble mode ventilator motor 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.1.4    Loose  control  disc  fixing  screw,  take  off  control 

disc 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.1.5    Disassemble  3  screws  and  shims  which  control 

arm for defrost, blowing head and blowing feet behind 

of control disc. 

 

 

7.2    Assembly steps 

The installing steps are reverse to those for removal. 

 

8    Disassembly/assembly  of  mixing  ventilator 
motor and related mechanism 

8.1    Disassembly steps 

8.1.1    Take off motor plug 

8.1.2    Disassemble mixing ventilator pull rod 

 

 

 

8.1.3    Loose 3 screws of mixing ventilator control motor   

, and disassemble the motor 

 

 

8.1.4    Disassemble mixing ventilator control arm 

 

 

 

8.2    Assembly steps 

The installing steps are reverse to those for removal. 

 

 

9    Disassembly/assembly  of  inside/outside 
circulation  ventilator  motor  and  related 
mechanism 

9.1    Disassembly steps 

9.1.1    Take off motor plug 

9.1.2    Disassemble  inside/outside  circulation  ventilator 

pull rod 

 

 

 

 

9.1.3    Loose  3  screws  of  inside/outside  circulation 

ventilator motor, and disassemble the motor 

 

 

9.2    Assembly steps 

The installing steps are reverse to those for removal. 

 

10    Disassembly/assembly of evaporator 

10.1    Disassembly steps 

10.1.1    Disassemble  evaporator  assembly  (Refer  to 

disassembly of evaporator) 

 

10.1.2    Disassemble  AC  cable  (Refer  to  disassembly  of 

AC cable) 

 

10.1.3    Disassemble  evaporator  water  temperature 

sensor  (Refer  to  disassembly  of  evaporator  water 

temperature sensor) 

 

10.1.4    Disassemble  mode  ventilator  connection  rod 

(Refer to disassembly of mode ventilator connection rod) 

 

10.1.5    Disassemble cooling/heating control 

ventilator pull rod 

 

10.1.6    Disassemble  14  bolts  from  evaporator  housing, 

decomposing evaporator housing 

Note: sponge seal around housing is one time using 

 

 

10.1.7    Disassemble evaporator assembly 

 

10.2    Assemble evaporator assembly 

The installing steps are reverse to those for removal. 

Carry  out  checks  for  system  evacuating,  keep  pressure, 

antifreeze leaking. 

Check if the radiator is blocked. Clear the blocked radiator
