Unplug related electrical connector (Refer to disassembly/assembly of instrument panel) 

 

2.3    Loose  fixing  bolts  on  high/low  pressure  pipe  by 

spanner. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.4    Loose  the  fixing  bolt  between  high/low  pressure  pipe 

and expansion valve, pull high/low pressure pipe outward. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.5    Disassemble evaporator water tank inlet and outlet pipe   

clip and take off water pipe. 

Note: coolant will flow out from the water pipe, pay attention 

to recycling the coolant. 

 

 

 

 

 

2.6    Disassemble  interior  trim  such  as  driver’s  side  pedal, 

front seats, sub instrument panel, threshold pressing plate etc.   

and take off the front end of carpet. 

 

 

 

 

 

2.7    Disassemble AC cable grounding bolt. 

 

 

 

 

2.8    Loose  5  fixing  bolts  of  evaporator  assembly  on  metal 

sheet from front cab, positions see right figure. 

Installation torque is 3.5±0.5 Nm 

 

2.9    Take out evaporator and AC cable assembly from cab 

3    Installation of evaporator assembly 

The installing steps are reverse to those for removal.

 

4    Disassembly/assembly of interior evaporator   

Tool: cross head screwdriver, 4.0 hexagon wrench, socket spanner. 

4.1    Blower replacement 

4.1.1    Disassembly steps 

4.1.1.1    Disassemble blower motor plug and motor speeder 

module plug. 

 

 

 

 

 

4.1.1.2    Disassemble  3  blower  motor  screws  and  take  out 

blower.

6.1.2    Disassemble AC cable (see disassembly of AC cable) 

 

6.1.3    Disassemble evaporator water temperature sensor 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.1.4    Disassemble  2  socket  head  cap  bolt  from  expansion 

valve 

Tool: 4.0 allen wrench 

 

 

 

6.1.5    Take  off  expansion  valve,  tear  down  gasket  around 

expansion installation position. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.1.6    Disassemble mode ventilator connection rod 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.1.7    Disassemble cooling/heating control ventilator   

pull rod 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.1.8    Disassemble  14  bolts  on  evaporator  housing, 

decomposing evaporator housing. 

Note: the sponge seal around housing is one time using
