ADJUST BACK DOOR
(a) Adjust the door position.

(1) Adjust the door horizontally and longitudinally 

by loosening the 4 door side hinge bolts.

(2) Tighten the door side hinge bolts after the 

adjustment.
Torque: 26 N*m (265 kgf*cm, 19 ft.*lbf)

(3) Horizontally and vertically adjust the door by 

loosening the 8 body side hinge bolts.

(4) Tighten the body side hinge bolts after the 

adjustment.
Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf)

(b) Adjust the striker position.

(1) Adjust the striker position by slightly loosening 

the striker mounting screws and hitting the 
striker with a plastic hammer.

(2) Tighten the striker mounting screws after the 

adjustment.
Torque: 23 N*m (235 kgf*cm, 17 ft.*lbf)

(c) Adjust the back door side female stopper.

(1) Adjust the side female stopper so that the door 

can be opened/closed smoothly, as shown in 
the illustration.

(2) Tighten the side female stopper bolts after the 

adjustment.
Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf)

10. INSTALL NO. 2 BACK DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

(a) Install the No. 2 back door weatherstrip.

11. INSTALL BACK DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the back door hinge with the bolt.

Torque: 20 N*m (199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)
