12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HINGE COVER LH 

a. Attach the 2 claws to install the hinge cover.  

13. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

a. Install the seatback lock with the 2 bolts. 

Torque: 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf)

14. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK LOCK HANDLE ROD 

a. Install the seatback lock handle rod. 

NOTE:

Install the rod as shown in the illustration.

15. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 

a. Install the seatback lock with the 2 bolts. 

Torque: 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf)

16. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD 

a. Attach the 2 hooks to install the seatback board, and then attach the 2 clips. 

NOTE:

Connect the rod and seatback lock before installing the bolts.

17. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH 

a. Install the seatback with the 4 bolts. 

Torque: 43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf)

b. Connect the airbag wire harness to the seat frame.

b. Attach the 2 claws to install the seatback shield.
