a. Temporarily install the mirror by inserting the claw on the mirror into the holes on the vehicle.  

b. Tighten the 3 nuts in the sequence shown in the illustration and install the mirror. 

Torque: 7.8 N*m (80 kgf*cm, 69 in.*lbf)  

c. w/ Power mirror control system: 

Connect the connector labeled A. 

2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REASSEMBLY )  

3. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Window) (See REASSEMBLY )  

4. INSTALL FRONT LOWER DOOR FRAME BRACKET GARNISH (See REASSEMBLY )  

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Window) 

(See REASSEMBLY )  

6. INSTALL FRONT UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL (w/ Power Window) (See REASSEMBLY )  

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG (See REASSEMBLY )

REMOVAL 

HINT: 



Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.  



The procedures listed below are for the LH side.  

1. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR GLASS 

a. Push the upper part of the mirror surface and tilt it.

b. Using a moulding remover, push the bottom of the glass upwards as shown in the illustration. Slide 

the glass upwards to detach the 4 claws, and remove the glass. 

HINT: 

Apply protective tape to the outer rear view mirror to prevent it from being damaged. 

c. w/ Mirror Heater: 

Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the mirror glass.

Disconnect the 3 connectors and remove the mirror glass.

INSTALLATION 

1. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR GLASS 

a. w/ Mirror Heater: 

Connect the 2 connectors.

b. w/ Retract Mirror: 

Connect the 3 connectors.
