Apply battery voltage across terminals 1 and 2

Do not operate the air pump continuously for 2 minutes or

Check that air flows from port A to port B  If the result is not as specified, replace the air 
pump   

REASSEMBLY

INSTALL AIR PUMP 

a

Install the 2 pumps and 6 air pump insulators to the bracket and attach the 2 clamps

INSTALL NO. 1 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE 

a

Connect the 2 air injection system hoses

INSTALL AIR PUMP INLET 

a

Install the air pump inlet with the 2 bolts  

more.  



When operating the air pump, wait 5 minutes until the 
pump has cooled down between each operation. If the 
pump has not cooled down sufficiently, the motor will burn 
out.

INSTALL AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY

Insert the slot over the stud and bracket tab into the slot (View A)

Insert the bracket tab into the slot (View B)

Install the 2 bolts and 2 nuts  

Torque: for bolt
