REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH

Remove the 9 clips and fender liner

REMOVE NO. 3 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE

Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips

Fold back the fender apron seal

Disconnect the 2 connectors  



After the ignition switch is turned OFF, the navigation system 
requires approximately 90 seconds to record various types of 
memory and settings. As a result, after turning the ignition switch 
OFF, wait 90 seconds or more before disconnecting the cable from 
the negative (-) battery terminal.

Disconnect the 2 connector clamps

Detach the 2 clamps

Detach the 2 bracket clips and remove the No  3 air injection system hose

REMOVE NO. 2 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE

Detach the bracket clip and remove the No  2 air injection system hose

Remove the 2 bolts and air pump inlet

Remove the 2 air injection system hoses

REMOVE AIR PUMP 

a

Detach the 2 clamps and remove the 6 air pump insulators and 2 pumps from the bracket

INSPECTION

INSPECT AIR PUMP 

a

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below
