INSTALLATION 

1. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER INDICATOR LENS 

a. Attach the 2 claws to install the cigarette lighter indicator lens.

2. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY 

a. Attach the claw to install the cigarette lighter socket and retainer.  

b. Install the cigarette lighter knob and element.

4. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (See INSTALLATION )  

5. INSTALL FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY  

6. INSTALL CENTER LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER (See INSTALLATION )  

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER LH (See 

INSTALLATION )  

8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH (See INSTALLATION )  

9. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH (See INSTALLATION )  

10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Regular Cab) (See INSTALLATION )  

11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Double Cab)

REMOVAL 

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )  

2. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )  

3. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )

4. REMOVE CENTER LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (See REMOVAL )  

5. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER 

a. Remove the cigarette lighter cover.  

6. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY 

a. Remove the cigarette lighter knob and element.

b. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the cigarette lighter socket and retainer assembly 

from the lower instrument cluster finish panel. 

HINT: 

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

7. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER INDICATOR LENS 

a. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cigarette lighter indicator lens.
