Exhaust Manifold
- Removal and Installation

1. Remove the two intake hoses from the turbo charger.

2. Remove the turbo charger assembly (refer to Turbo

Charger section).

3. Remove the #3 pipe of EGR valve from the exhaust

manifold.

Installation Notice

•

The #3 pipe of EGR valve is exposed to the high
temperature and pressure of exhaust gas. Replace
the gasket and pipe with new ones. Otherwise, it
may cause the leakage of exhaust gas.

4. Unscrew the nuts and remove the exhaust manifold and

gasket.

Installation Notice

•

Replace the gasket with new one.

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque

40
