The emission control system consists of the fol-

lowing subsystems:

• Positive crankcase ventilation system

• Evaporative emission system

• Exhaust emission control system

Engine will not start or hard

Vacuum hose disconnected or damaged Repair or replace
The EGR valve (Stepper Motor) is not 
closed.
