Removal and Installation

Removal

WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack.

Always support the vehicle on safety stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.

WARNING: Avoid skin contact with the specified material.

• CAUTIONS:

 Hot fluid.

 Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.

Torque: 38 Nm
Remove and discard the sealing washer.

Torque: 60 Nm

If the locking pin on the special tool is disengaged, the
crankshaft can be rotated.

transmission.

Mount the engine to an engine stand.
