6. NOTE: Cooling fan shroud removed for clarity.

Disconnect the thermostat to radiator top hose.

Release the clip.

7. NOTE: Cooling fan shroud removed for clarity.

Disconnect the thermostat to coolant pump inlet hose.

Release the clip.

8. NOTE: Cooling fan shroud removed for clarity.

Remove the thermostat.

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Tighten to 3 Nm (2 lb.ft).

2. Tighten to 4 Nm (3 lb.ft).

2. Tighten to 4 Nm (3 lb.ft).

3. Connect the battery ground cable.
