Removal and installation

 

 

Radiator   

Removal  

 

1 . Remove the water pump.  

For additional information, refer to  

 

 

2 . Lower the vehicle. 

 

 

3 . Remove the radiator grille opening panel. <<501-02>> 

 

 

4 . Disconnect the radiator coolant vent hose. 

 

 

 

5 . Raise the vehicle. 

 

 

6 . Disconnect the right-hand radiator hose. 

 

 

 

7 . Disconnect the left-hand radiator hose.  

 

 

 

8 . Remove the water pump retaining bracket. 

 

 

 

9 . NOTE:  

 

 

Right-hand shown, left-hand similar. 

 

Detach the power assisted steering oil cooler. 

 

 

 

10 . NOTE:  

 

 

Right-hand shown, left-hand similar. 

 

Remove the radiator retaining bolt.

11 . Remove the radiator.  

 

 

 

Installation  

 

1 . To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

  

 

Tighten to 7 Nm.

 

 

 

 

 

2 . Tighten to 7 Nm.
