1. Remove the expansion valve. 

Refer to: 

Thermostatic Expansion Valve

2. Remove heater matrix. 

Refer to: 

Heater Core

 (412-01 Climate Control, Removal 

and Installation).

1. Saw 

through 
the 
refrigerant 
lines.

1. Torque: 8 Nm 

  

 

2. Coat the O-rings on the refrigerant lines. 

Material: 

Compressor Oil - Air Conditioning (WSH-

M1C231-B / 6U7J-M1C231-AA)

 

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
