Assembly 

CAUTION: Use vise jaws protectors. 

4. Remove the following items: 

1. Loosen: Four turn(s) 
2.  
3. Save four bolts for reassembly the ring 

gear. 

5.  

6. Clamp the differential in a vise.

NOTE: Make sure that the mating faces are 
clean and free of foreign material. 

Install the four bolts saved during disassembly. 

Torque: 

40 Nm

CAUTION: Make sure that new bolts are 

installed. 

Material: 

Transmission Oil 75W FE (WSS-

M2C200-D2 / 7U7J-M2C200-BA)

 

Torque: 

 

40 Nm

The roller bearing must not be lubricated.
